The Vantage Wellness mobile application is now accessible to all participants enrolled in the Vantage Wellness Program. For those not yet enrolled, registration is available, allowing users to monitor their health behaviors conveniently from their mobile devices.

How does the Vantage Wellness Program operate?

The program aims to promote healthier lifestyles among employees by incentivizing positive health actions. Vantage Wellness offers a straightforward point system where participants can earn rewards through activities such as recording exercise, achieving tobacco-free status, maintaining a BMI under 30, and engaging with educational wellness videos. Additionally, members have complimentary access to professional support from nutritionists and tobacco cessation coaches via phone, email, or in-person at designated Affinity Case Management Clinics.
