Vantage Wellness offers a straightforward point system where participants can earn rewards through activities such as recording exercise, achieving tobacco-free status, maintaining a BMI under 30, and engaging with educational wellness videos. Additionally, members have complimentary access to professional support from nutritionists and tobacco cessation coaches via phone, email, or in-person at designated Affinity Case Management Clinics.
